Estate Planning Packages
What Does it Cost?
Our estate package pricing listed below came about thanks to the urging of former clients who told us that before our first meeting that they were apprehensive that an experienced Estate Planning Attorney located in tthe so-called high-rent-district of Los Angeles might be way too expensive.
After many requests, we have finally posted our estate planning package prices. Hopefully this pricing demonstrates that you can choose competent, personal, caring, legal service for about the same fees as those risky, paper mills, that have no client interaction and leave the validity, thoroughness and appropriateness of the their boiler-plate legal documents squarely on the “document-buyers” shoulders. With all that you have worked for for your entire life, that cannot be all that comforting.

The fees quoted above…
… are for ordinary and customary estate planning documents and will apply to about 90% of our clients. However, occasionally a client’s particular situation requires more complex planning, documents and additional legal work. In those situations, the standard rates will apply for the “basics” but not any additional work requested or required. One example would be if husband and/or wife have children and/or property from prior marriages. Also, there are 58 counties in California for recording of property deeds. It is tedious to tract these fees or to adjust package-pricing based on odd counties, so we simply add these recording fees (if any) to the the basic package pricing.
